The Inventory Administrator will play a key role in managing and optimizing inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation of inventory across two systems. This individual will be responsible for performing weekly and quarterly reconciliations, researching variances, coordinating part transfers, and ensuring all inventory data is accurate and up to date in the system. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a solid understanding of inventory management practices.
Your Tasks
Work with the Inventory Analyst in the performance of the weekly and quarterly reconciliations of inventory across two systems to ensure alignment between system records and actual stock levels
Facilitate & collaborate with the Inventory Analyst and the Operations Inventory Teams in the research at our Las Vegas site to identify root causes for discrepancies and variances identified during reconciliation processes
Collaborate with Operations Inventory Teams on-site to ensure corrective actions have been implemented that enhance the accuracy and integrity of inventory records
Conduct weekly review of inventory for scrap and follow disposal or other actions based on inventory policies
Support physical inventory audits and cycle counting procedures to ensure accuracy in stock levels
Participate in the planning and execution of inventory counts, both scheduled and unscheduled
Manage special inventory adjustments as requested by the client, including labeling and ensure all transfers are properly documented
Ensure that inventory is updated and put back into the system after order cancellations, maintaining accurate stock levels and availability
Act as a point of contact for inventory-related inquiries specific to Las Vegs site, providing support to internal and external teams by answering questions and providing pictures of parts as needed
Monitor and review GEO data on sku’s to ensure that all parts in the inventory have the correct GEO data for accuracy tracking and reporting
Your Profile
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, and / or a related field.
Preferred SAP experience
Understanding of physical inventory processes, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation procedures
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly
