Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking an Inventory Analyst. This role is responsible for data entry, inventory management, cycle counts, researching, correcting inventory errors and assisting with problem pick tickets and warehouse location accuracies.

Performs data entry to release, moves into location or adjusts inventory through computer software Addresses departmental paperwork and conducts physical search/research of missing products Manages shipping and receiving schedule of inbound shipments for vendorsAssists in researching discrepancies on cycle counts Assist the shipping department with driver’s inquiries and coordinationConduct a final review and process the nightly freight transfers to carriersDetermines shipping method for material using knowledge of shipping procedures and ratesReports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposesUses a warehouse management system and prepares accurate bills for outbound freightWorks with establishment representatives to rectify problems such as damages, shortages and nonconformance to specificationsTracks departmental data and generates applicable reports as neededStores shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stockMaintains a clean and safe work environment. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field Previous experience in a warehouse, transportation, shipping and receiving related capacityPrevious experience in a customer service positionPrevious forklift operating experienceExperience with Total Production Management (TPM) & Continuous Improvement Systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and ability to multitaskStrong attention to detail, good communication skills and a team playerAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $56,200.00 - $84,400.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
