Description We are searching for a proficient Inventory Analyst to be a part of our team in the retail industry, located in Knightdale, North Carolina. In this role, you will be tasked with managing customer applications, ensuring the accuracy of customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. You will also monitor customer accounts and take the necessary actions when required. Responsibilities: • Accurately process applications for customer credit • Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate • Regularly run and process sales journals and invoices • Review all invoices and credits for errors, correct any issues with incorrect billing, terms, discounts, serial numbers, and invalid approvals • Manage inventory including the creation of new bin locations, processing parts and whole goods inventory adjustments, and assisting in inventory reconciliation for month-end closing • Conduct regular audits of various sites and error corrections • Prepare for and conduct annual physical inventory counting • Handle inventory transfers between dealers and ensure correct serial numbers are transferred • Issue credit and debit memos as well as purchase orders for non-inventory items • Deposit dealer checks and manage accounts payable • Process Drop Ship invoices, receive in and bill freight if applicable, and reconcile equipment • Issue volume bonus credits/debits quarterly via SAP Requirements • Proficiency in Interface Engine software is a must for efficient data management and reporting • Familiarity with About Time software for accurate time tracking and project management • Strong auditing skills to ensure accuracy and compliance in inventory records • Knowledge of collection processes to effectively manage and oversee inventory • Excellent communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders • Strong customer service skills to manage queries and concerns related to inventory.
