Inventory Analyst

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Develops and executes daily, weekly, and monthly production reports along with on demand/ad-hoc reports, and validating report data based on specific needs, ability to explain reports, and summarizing findings Translates business questions into quantitative measurable variables, analyzes large and complex data sets, identifying problems and presents findings in appropriate format for various audiences Successfully collaborating with a cross functional team to ensure alignment and clearly communicated inventory positioning to all levels of the organization  Works with sourcing and purchasing teams to establish a stocking replenishment program encompassing supply schedules, inventory attributes, and other setting/forecast demand/stocking levels Handles all centralized maintenance tasks relating to inventory attributes, including mass uploads of inventory forecasting targets and item parameters  Supports wider inventory management objectives to balance service, cost, and working capital Defines, manages and maintains business KPIs and reporting through the use of the designated automated solutions

You anticipate future trends and implications accurately.    For This Role, You Will Need: 3-5 years of supply chain data analysis experience in a manufacturing environment  Experience in ERP systems, manufacturing systems, and planning systems 2+ years’ experience working with data extraction, statistical analysis, and data mining in a manufacturing environment Strong data analysis, problem solving, and reporting skills, utilizing Excel, Outlook, databases, queries 2+ years’ experience using data analysis tools to successfully oversee complex inventory management and overcome unforeseen challenges Experience collaborating and communicating with multiple functional areas in a dynamic manufacturing environment  Fluent in English/Spanish Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Bachelors’ Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar quantitative discipline 2+ years of experience with Oracle ERP  Understanding of a financial supply plan and supporting it through inventory positioning  Familiar with a lean manufacturing environment Our Offer To You: Benefits above the law
