Description We are seeking an Supply Chain / Inventory Analyst to join our team located in Saddle River, New Jersey. This role requires an on-site presence. As a Supply Chain / Inventory Analyst, you will play an important role in ensuring compliance with FDA requirements related to protection and customer safety. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Verifying and confirming product serial numbers for inventory, customer orders, and customer returns to ensure compliance with serialization guidelines. • Streamlining the process of sending serialization data to customers and assisting them in effectively using this data. • Addressing high volumes of query emails related to serialization data. • Using Excel for data analysis and problem resolution. • Conducting audits as part of the process of verifying and confirming product serial numbers. • Providing excellent customer service and communication to address queries and concerns. • Participating in supply chain logistics and collection processes. • Using advanced Excel formulas for data analysis and problem resolution. Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience. • Strong knowledge and experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration. • Exceptional customer service skills for maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Knowledge of supply chain logistics. • Proficiency in Excel Formulas for data analysis and reporting.
