Summary
Maintains inventory levels, inventory adjustments, purchase price, and unit of measure, as needed. Coordinates inventory adjustment control, explanation, analysis, audit, and expedites low and/or stock-out orders at the lowest total in-cost. Communicates stock shortages, prospective fill dates, and suitable substitutes.

Job DutiesCoordinates yearly physical inventory and cycle counting activities throughout the year. Assists with process to ensure new products or changed products are brought into stock in a timely manner. Prepares usage analysis reports on a regular basis to establish optimal levels of inventory. Performs master file maintenance updates to facilitate the inventory replenishment process. Oversees counting process, establishes counting teams, and secures reports and materials for yearly physical inventory.
Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED 2 years experience working in inventory control. Familiarity with computerized MMIS. Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Excel, and Access. Must possess and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills. Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize and work independently in a stressful changing environment. CMRP-Cert Materials & Resource Professional AHACC - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
Preferred QualificationsAssociate’s Degree in Business.
Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
