Inventory and Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Purchase Order Management:Enter and manage purchase orders across multiple business units.Adjust order quantities and delivery dates as needed.Track and follow up on past due purchase orders.Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding ship dates and order status.Transportation Planning:Schedule inter-unit transfers and manage dropship orders.Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to schedule customer shipments.Inventory Tracking and Replenishment:Monitor inventory levels across the network.Plan and execute replenishment strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels.Data Analysis:Compile and analyze data related to inventory and procurement activities.Synthesize data to develop actionable recommendations for improving efficiency and effectiveness.
