**Job Title: Inventory Associate** **Job Description** As a Cycle Counter, you will be responsible for operating a sit-down 10,000 lb forklift daily, moving steel tubing ranging from 6ft to 20ft long, and transporting and stacking materials safely. You will also be tasked with removing and delivering finished materials to and from the mills and deburrs to the warehouse in a timely manner, moving scrap to designated disposal points or inspection holding areas, and utilizing an RF scanner daily. Additional duties include changing propane tanks on forklifts, assisting in mill changeovers, and end spraying material. **Responsibilities** + Operate a sit-down 10,000 lb forklift daily. + Operate a side loader (training provided). + Move and stack steel tubing ranging from 6ft to 20ft long. + Transport and stack materials safely. + Remove and deliver finished materials to and from the mills and deburrs to the warehouse in a timely manner. + Move scrap to designated disposal points or inspection holding areas. + Pull production tags from material and inform supervisor of any issues with tags. + Utilize RF scanner daily. + Change propane tanks on forklifts. + Assist in mill changeovers as needed. + Assist in end spraying material. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in cycle counting. + Experience working in a heavy industrial environment. + Proficiency in material handling, cycle counting, and inventory management. + Experience with RF scanners. + 2+ years of experience as a forklift operator. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience moving steel tubing with a forklift. + Experience operating a forklift within a lumber yard (e.g., Lowes, Home Depot, or Menards). **Why Work Here?** A majority of the workforce started here after high school and retires here. Additionally, there is a 401K plan with a 50% match for the first 6%. **Work Environment** Candidates will be working on the manufacturing floor and warehouse. The manufacturing floor is well organized and clean. It gets hot in the summer and cool in the winter. Candidates will be working alongside laborers, operators, and maintenance staff. Steel toe boots are required. .
