**Job Title: Inventory Associate**
**Job Description**
As an Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for stocking, pulling work orders, cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, priority requisitions, return to stock (RTS), and data entry. You will keep records and compile related reports, pull products to build and assemble kits for the floor, and prepare kits for shipment, including printing out labels and packaging boxes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving priorities from the Inventory Supervisor and other experienced personnel.
- Accurate receipt of parts from Receiving Inspection and their application to kit shortages or placement in proper stockroom locations.
- Accurate assembly and audit of production kits (Work Order Kits) and performing necessary transactions in the ERP System.
- Timely and accurate filling and reconciliation of Material Requests from production (PriReqs) with associated notes for all exception transactions.
- Accurate dispensing of miscellaneous issues/items in the stockroom and ensuring that dated materials are within the usage date by issuing oldest items first (FIFO).
- Updating tool sheets for tools issued to employees for accurate tracking of items.
- Performing accurate transactions and inventory cycle counts to ensure that inventory in the ERP system is accurate.
- Participating in the annual physical count of inventory stock, as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years experience Warehouse/Inventory Management
+ inventory management experience
+ Cycle counting
+ Pulling work orders
+ Inventory Reconciliation
+ Shipping & receiving
+ Handheld Scanner/RF Scanner
**Job Type**
This is a Contract-to-Hire position. Benefits available while on contract.
**Work Site**
This is a fully on-site position in Havana, Florida.
**Work Environment**
Climate-controlled electronics manufacturer. Must wear non-static (such as cotton) clothing when on the floor.
