Adecco is recruiting Inventory/Packing Specialists for a national pharmaceutical chain for their Jeffersonville, Indiana location. **Pay Rate** - The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 17 and $17.31. Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. **Requirements** : + High School Diploma or GED + 1 to 2 years of Warehouse experience + Basic computer skills + Able to select, lift, and carry objects (up to 20-25 lbs) on a regular basis. **Job Description** : + Use a handheld scanner application to scan, receive, and reconcile incoming products. + Manually key in received quantities. + Assist with annual physical inventory. + Apply mathematical reasoning (count, multiply, and calculate package size). + Log and report total put-away lines per hour daily, including total items received. Monitor daily performance. + Report errors from the distribution center (DC), such as mis-picks, shortages, overages, and damage. + Perform weekly or monthly sweeps for short-dated and expired products. + Rotate products on shelves following the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method. + Comply with all appropriate policies, including DSCSA. + Assist with the reverse logistics credit returns program by maintaining records, preparing, and scheduling shipments. + Follow proper safety procedures and maintain a clean and efficient workspace. + Systematically set up new products in bin locations. + Help Finance research and rectify out-of-sync variances related to PO adjustments. + Assist with product recalls and quarantines. + Pack, sort, and ship prescriptions when production requires. + Replenish products into cells for the company's automated machines. + Adhere to and promote the company's Shared I-CARE principles. + Follow federal and state laws regarding HIPAA and PHI. + Assist in any additional clerk/pharmacy technician duties.
