Inventory Associate

Our client, a leading toy manufacturer, is seeking an Inventory Associate to join their team. As an Inventory Associate, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the fulfillment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, excellent multitasking abilities, and effective time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Inventory Associate
**Location:** East Aurora, NY
**Pay Range:** $16.50 - $17.25
**What's the Job?**
+ Pick and pack consumer orders for parts to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency.
+ Utilize various shipping software to affix postage and sort packages by carrier.
+ Handle orders in the sequence received while minimizing back orders.
+ Maintain packaging supplies at packing stations and support fellow staff as needed.
+ Assist with entering promotions during low warehouse volume periods.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School education or equivalent required.
+ 1-2 years of related experience in a consumer services or warehouse environment.
+ Exemplary attendance and job performance.
+ Familiarity with MIMICS, CATS, and Microsoft Office is helpful, but not necessary.
+ Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 65 pounds.
