The Inventory Associate will be joining the Inventory Management team in an ever-evolving role with a central focus on inventory control and integrity. The ideal candidate demonstrates consistent problem-solving judgement, strong analytical skills, and an eagerness and willingness to constantly improve. The Inventory Associate will work out of the Arhaus Boston Heights Corporate Campus main building, and will be an integral part to becoming the best logistics team in retail!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory audits, adjustments and corrections in a compliant manner, in line with assigned tasks, while keeping integrity of inventory health a priority. Understanding the intricacies and systematic interactions of ERP, WMS and other systems utilized under Arhaus’ logistics umbrella to efficiently audit the movement of inventory and deal with all reported discrepancies, while also always considering the human-factor to these actions when problem-solving. Support cycle counts and physical inventories are numerous locations, both physically and virtually Ensures all company policies and procedures are followed, while striving to be a role model associate!
