What You’ll Do as an Inventory Associate / Forklift Operator:

Perform daily/physical inventory counts and maintain accuracy.Investigate and resolve transactional errors, ensuring data integrity.Operate forklifts and other equipment for material handling.Conduct audits and implement 5S initiatives for process improvement.Analyze BOMs and production data to generate inventory reports.Identify and manage inventory aging and obsolescence.Train and assist team members in inventory procedures.Communicate effectively across departments.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

Ability to work across three sites and travel between them as neededInventory and manufacturing experienceMinimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts and/or forklift certificationStrong analytical, math, and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment and follow safety guidelines (PPE required)A proactive, detail-oriented team player ready to make an impact!High school diploma/equivalent (Associate's preferred)
