Inventory Associate- Warehouse environment
Location: Shepherdsville, KY, USA - 170 Clermont Road
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5am to 1:30pm. Shift subject to change based on business reasons. OT mandatory if required.
Full-time, permanent - Eligible for PTO, benefits, and an annual bonus program

Job Summary
The Inventory Associate position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: returns processing, cycle counting, inventory counts, product scanning, loading/unloading, supplies management, destruction, kitting, labeling, RC/CA investigations, cleaning, DC support, and other DC duties as assigned or required. It may also include completing reports while reporting progress to their direct Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Complies with and ensures that all applicable FDA, DEA, cGMP and all other regulatory mandates and company policies/procedures are being followed correctly
Supports and interacts with all internal/external customers including: DC Personnel, IS, QA, Customer Care, PM’s, Maintenance, Carriers and Clients, etc.
Responsible for accurate unit pick and case pick
Responsible for goods in procedure to ensure accurate inventory levels
Performs order audits for quality assurance
Ensures product orders are reviewed and error corrections are completed
Performs all tasks within the scope of all applicable Standard Operating Procedures related to the job
Reports all issues and concerns to management
Other duties as directed by the Supervisor(s)
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires 1+ year(s) of related experience.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
1 year of experience in a warehouse environment with some inventory experience or exposure
Strong English communication with the capability to communicate effectively with team members (at all levels), customers and vendors - whether in person, in meetings, on the telephone, or through email correspondence.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams with strong data entry abilities
Must have accurate mathematical abilities (add, subtract, multiply, etc.)
Must be able to safely and effectively operate battery powered MHE Equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, manual Pallet Jack). Experience is preferred; however the location is willing to train. Must be able to maintain certifications once trained.
Must have a positive attitude, be quality driven, organized, punctual, committed, self-motivated and have an excellent attendance record
Must have the ability to time manage, pay close attention to detail, and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment with competing priorities.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems; “SAP” experience is not required, but would be a great asset

Must be comfortable working at heights
Ability to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift)
Ability to lift 20-40 pounds repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance; ability to lift greater weights in a team lift (weight varies based on product)
Ability to work in refrigerated/cold areas
May sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day.
May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day.
May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.
Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required.
Visual acuity to see and read fine prints. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.
