Primary Accountabilities and Duties:

Responsible for creating a daily fuel ticket report Driving and operating Company vehicles (occasional) Answering massive phone calls and directing calls to office personnel, Management. Responsible for accurate accounting of fuel transactions. Assisting the investigation of fuel discrepancies and or LAWTFC members fuel totals reports upon demand Perform other office duties as assigned. 

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must pass pre-employment Drug screen and physical test. Must be able to speak, read and write in English proficiently. Valid driver’s license in good standing. Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays. Work is done primarily indoors, so expected to office environment Must be WORD, EXCELL, Microsoft Proficient Previous office work experience
