Our client, a manufacturing company in Redlands, CA, is seeking a skilled Inventory Auditor. Strong Mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division without a calculator are required for this position. Responsibilities include checking and documenting the work of others according to established guidelines, including performing audits in Shipping, Receiving, and Outbound areas.

Responsibilities

Assists with a variety of audits in accordance with audit programs through the application of established policies and procedures.Communicate with supervisors immediately if errors are encountered during audits and document errors fully for accountability purposes.Maintain Cycle count and quality assurance programs.Scan all items in designated boxes while looking for defects or damage.Perform full trailer audits looking for broken pallets, damaged products, proper airbags, and proper stacking.Visually inspects product for damage, missing items, or mismatched items.Use an RF Scanner to check for accuracy.Physically count inventory to ensure accuracy.Assist other members of the DC Team, in any way possible, as determined by DC management.Utilizes audit techniques to document and determine the effectiveness of internal controls (I.E. interviews, observation, flowcharting, compliance, and substantive testing). Able to independently identify risks in a given process.Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

General knowledge of Distribution Center layout.Certification to drive forklifts, order pickers, and Turret powered Industrial Trucks.Proven ability to work safely with above-average accuracy.Strong oral and written communication skills.WMS (Warehouse Management System) Reporting is preferred.Ability to lift up to 45 pounds independently.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift Days: Thursday to Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday off)Shift Hours: Start time 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM
