Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in NORWALK, Connecticut. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks related to shipping, inventory management, and coordination with different departments and manufacturers. You will be part of a dynamic team and your key responsibilities will include:
• Accurately processing incoming inventory from different sources such as manufacturers, customers, vendors, and other carriers using inventory management software.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of material handling, including the picking, packing, and shipping of products to customers, with a keen eye on special packing requirements for different products.
• Assisting in maintaining the standards for incoming AQL Inspection Requirement for all products manufactured by our contract partners.
• Managing and performing battery reconditioning cycles for devices while in inventory.
• Participating in the assembly and inventory level monitoring for marketing materials, surveys, and product instruction packages.
• Contributing to the package assembly process for various products as needed.
• Conducting physical inventory counts as required and assisting the team with end-of-month inventory reconciliations.
• Handling additional tasks assigned by the Operations Department, always maintaining strict confidentiality and upholding HIPPA guidelines.

Requirements • Proficiency in shipping procedures and protocols
• Familiarity with warehousing operations and management
• Experience with stock administration, including ordering, receiving, and managing stock
• Knowledge of logistics, specifically in relation to inventory movement and storage
• Ability to conduct an annual physical inventory count accurately and efficiently
• Experience with equipment inventory, including managing and tracking of equipment
• Skills in inventory analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
• Understanding of inventory forecasting to predict future needs and avoid overstock or shortage situations
• Proficiency in inventory reconciliation to ensure all physical stock matches inventory records
• Experience with inventory tracking systems to maintain accurate records of inventory levels and locations.
