Summary Description

Assist inventory activity on floor and verify (lot number tracking)Assist receiving of ingredientsResponsible for weighing out ingredients in spice room as directed by the Ingredients Lead or SupervisorObserve and report on blending room operations 1-2 hours per dayMaintain a clean and organized work environment.Other duties as directed by Supervisor

Job Requirements

Food safety and quality are the responsibility of every individual working at Kansas City Sausage Company.  You are expected to:

Follow USDA/SQF and GMP guidelines.Follow our color code system in regard to food safetyStay focused on quality while maintaining speedAbility to lift 50 lbs., continuouslyBe able to push/pull up to 2,200 lbs. with the aid of a pallet jackWork in a 38°, 28°, or -20° F environment.Stand 8+ hours per day.Math proficiency
