**Inventory Clerk** **Job Description** The Inventory Clerk maintains accurate inventory of detail and finished good parts. This position is responsible for pulling, stocking, and storing parts, receiving returned parts, modifying inventory in the computerized system, and assisting in monthly and weekly inventory counts. The role supports the company's commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities** + Maintain accurate and organized inventory. + Pull all detail and finished goods parts as per the Bill of Materials. + Stock and store all details and hardware inventories. + Receive all returned parts and complete general receiving reports. + Modify inventory in the computerized inventory system to reflect daily transactions and current inventory levels. + Assist other stores personnel in the monthly inventory and weekly cycle counts. + Conduct all business transactions and communications in a professional manner congruent with company policy. + Practice safe procedures at all times when using material handling equipment. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or high school equivalency preferred. Candidates without a diploma or equivalency will be required to take a pre-employment assessment. + 1-2 years of related experience. + Detail-oriented with the ability to use elementary measuring tools such as micrometer calipers and electronic calipers. + Ability to read and understand tolerances on manufacturing drawings. + Some knowledge of MRP principles. + Ability to read and understand work instructions using computers. + Demonstrated decision-making ability utilizing good judgment in determining the appropriate guideline, procedure, and application to utilize in solving problems. + Thorough understanding of process flows, lead times, and lean principles in a manufacturing environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. + Noise levels ranging from quiet to extremely loud. + Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working on the manufacturing floor, including eye, ear, and foot protection. + May occasionally lift and/or move up to 10-50 pounds. + Ability to climb ladders and bend as necessary. **Why Work Here?** We take care of our people. The environment can be heavy and loud. The first day start time is 7 am, and the entire shop operates from 5:30 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday. Pay is $19-$20/hour DOE. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
