Description Robert Half is partnering with a local organization for a long- term contract role for an Inventory Clerk in Norwalk, Connecticut. This role involves being a part of the healthcare industry with a focus on inventory management and customer service. Responsibilities: • Utilize Inventory Management Software for various tasks such as tracking incoming inventory, managing distribution, and handling material • Execute order processing tasks which include picking, packing, and shipping of products to customers • Oversee battery reconditioning cycles for devices in inventory • Contribute to the assembly process for various products and monitor inventory levels for marketing materials and instruction packages • Participate in physical inventory counts and assist in end-of-month inventory reconciliations • Maintain strict confidentiality guidelines • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Department • Assist with quality control by inspecting incoming products from manufacturers Requirements • Proficient in answering inbound calls and effectively handling customer queries • Demonstrated experience in auditing with strong attention to detail • Ability to perform clerical duties including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. • Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial statements and payroll • Experience with CRM software for tracking client interactions and data • Capable of reconciling inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and addressing discrepancies • Knowledge of basic accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
