Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in Fargo, North Dakota. This role involves working in a warehouse environment and revolves around the key function of ensuring accurate annual inventory of products. Responsibilities: • Accurately count pallets of ingredients as part of the inventory process • Record product counts onto a pre-arranged spreadsheet • Provide detailed attention to the accuracy of inventory records • Stand and move around the warehouse for the majority of the workday • Use Microsoft Excel to manage and update inventory records • Ensure all inventory-related tasks are carried out with precision and efficiency • Monitor the status of product inventory on a regular basis • Implement inventory-related tasks as per the warehouse guidelines • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Report any discrepancies in inventory counts promptly Requirements • Possess a minimum of 1+ years of experience working as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role. • Proficient in conducting physical inventory checks and maintaining accurate records. • Skilled at using Microsoft Excel for inventory management, including data entry, analysis, and reporting. • Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, including tracking and replenishment. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Willingness to work in a team environment and collaborate with different departments. • Capable of lifting and moving heavy items when necessary. • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
