**Job Title: Inventory Clerk/Order Picker** **Job Description** Primarily responsible for filling and packaging products for all customer orders. Assist with inventory, shipping, and assembly when needed. May be required to perform additional duties as assigned. **Responsibilities** + Fill and package products for customer orders. + Assist with inventory control and management. + Handle shipping and assembly tasks as needed. + Operate a forklift and handle materials efficiently. + Verify, package, and prepare orders for shipping. + Perform additional duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience in inventory control and order picking. + Proficiency in materials handling and palletizing. + Ability to operate a forklift. + Experience with warehouse distribution and ERP systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong organizational skills. + Attention to detail. + Ability to improvise and manage time effectively. + Capability to accurately count and read a scale. + Ability to read paperwork and a tape measure. + Basic knowledge of heat numbers. + Willingness to learn and adapt. **Why Work Here?** Small family company offering full benefits upon hire.
