Inventory Control
Under general supervision, is responsible for analyzing order information into the SAP system by following menu entry policies. Responsibilities include reviewing orders that have been identified as having potential inventory issues, querying the SAP system and analyzing inventory records and identifying issues that may be preventing an order from processing and shipping.

Using the SAP system, develop queries by SKU and analyze inventory data to determine what orders have delays in the system


Evaluate current inventory loaded in SAP to determine if system errors or actual inventory levels are causing discrepancies


Evaluate paperwork against the SAP inquiry (document flow) screen

Perform initial inventory lookups in the SAP system

Identify resolutions to inventory issues that may allow the remaining balance of in-process orders to be completed and shipped


Communicate issues identified with Frames Inventory and Order Fulfillment Departments to try to rectify any identified issues causing a delay in processing


Escalate any identified inventory issues to the appropriate management within the Distribution Center to resolve issues as quickly and effectively as possible to help ensure an on-time shipment


Perform all other duties as assigned

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Two to four years of related experience

Solid working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes


Working knowledge of SAP WM; Ability to read and analyze SAP data, inquiry screens, and related paperwork


Strong analytical skills required


Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills


Strong organization skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask

Preferred Skills

Experience with waving orders, problem-solving, and problem resolution

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Salary Ranges: $17.00 - $27.50
