Experienced Inventory Controller needed in La Porte.

Job Specifics:

Skilled worker with a thorough knowledge of procedures and processes associated with supply, storage, and distribution functions in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, storage and accurate documentation of packaged material in a warehouse.

Experienced sit down forklift operator experience needed.

Experience Requirements:

Must have at least 1 year of inventory experience in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.

Must have 1-2 yrs experience on a sit down forklift in a fast paced environment.

Job duties:

• Experience in organizing a warehouse and keeping track of stock

• Perform cycle counts on a daily basis and be able to resolve any discrepancies

• Take packaged material from line to container

• Inspect container before loading

• Ensure all dock operations are performed in a safe matter

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment •Inspect equipment daily and frequently

• Sit down forklift operator experience is a must

Pay rate: $17.00/hr.

Schedule: Day Shift 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday to Friday
