Overview:

2020 is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control and Reporting Specialist to join our team and support our inventory management, shipping/receiving processes, and client communications.

Location: 3575 Lone Star Circle, Fort Worth, TX 76177

Pay rate: $26 / Hourly

The Inventory Control and Reporting Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory levels, processing shipments and returns, generating detailed reports, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a deep understanding of inventory management systems.

Job Description:

Inventory Management:

Oversee daily inventory activities, including receiving, stocking, and shipping products.

Track inventory levels and ensure accuracy across all products in stock.

Handle product returns and exchanges, ensuring proper documentation and inventory updates.

Handle the recovery of devices from the field that need to come back to the company, as well as keep track of their progress in transportation.

Reporting & Data Analysis:

Prepare and generate regular reports on inventory levels, shipping/receiving, and returns.

Analyze trends, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable insights to management.

Maintain and update records to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Client Communication & Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries related to inventory, shipping, and returns.

Provide timely responses to client requests and resolve inventory-related issues.

Foster strong client relationships through consistent communication and problem-solving.

Process Improvement:

Identify and recommend improvements to inventory management processes.

Work with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics roles.

Previous experience in reporting and working with inventory management software.

Skills & Abilities:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data management tools.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
