Inventory Control Associate 1

We are seeking an Inventory Control Associate to join IQVIA Laboratories at Valencia, CA.

Support all phases of inventory management, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and accurate stock levels in accordance with established guidelines.

What You’ll be Doing:

Collect deliveries, log, QC, receipt in, store, and distribute as required.

Liaise with internal customers, suppliers, and Purchasing and Finance departments on stock-related issues.

Maintain stock on shelves in a tidy manner, executing stock rotation in appropriate date order.

Record all stock movements and issues using inventory control systems.

Conduct daily and weekly reporting, providing inventory dispositions.

Maintain close links with study Project Managers to ensure adherence to short-dated procedures.

Participate in stock cycle counts and ensure pre-assembly area is stocked.

Follow department SOPs and perform any other duties as required.

What we are looking for:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

1 year of related experience.

Good computer knowledge and data entry skills.

Good communication skills.

Statement: Other equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

The knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for this role:

Ability to safely operate truck and warehouse equipment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in operating inventory control systems.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $33,600.00 - $56,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
