JOB OVERVIEW:
Helps maintain inventory levels and product quality by performing essential clerical functions, including records compilation and retention, computer updates and requisition preparation. This provides La Colombe with up-to-date inventory records to ensure efficient shipping and high confidence in customer products.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm + OT
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitors and maintains accurate inventory levels by performing regular cycle counts on a daily and weekly basis
Maintains Defective Material log
Completes warehouse SO Scans to audit work
Perform recount & minimal-variance investigations
Conduct various audits and subsequent reporting for non-conformance, bay movement, and trailer stock
Upload purchase orders and perform supporting data entry tasks
Participate in continuous improvement projects
Perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma and two years of experience with cycle counting and inventory control processing is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite strongly preferred.
Must be able to work overtime including occasional weekend hours for month-end inventory tasks.
Must be able to abide by all required Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screens (including drug, background).
