Adecco Staffing is hiring an experienced **Inventory Control Coordinator** to join a leading scientific corporation in Miami, FL. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact team while advancing your career in inventory management and warehouse operations.
**Location:** Onsite in Miami, FL – Zip Code 33169
**Pay:** $25.30/hour (Paid weekly)
**Shift:** 3rd shift, Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (includes a 15% shift differential)
**Duration:** Temporary (3 months)

**Qualifications:**
· Proficient with inventory systems, barcode scanners, and Microsoft Excel
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of safety and compliance standards preferred
**Responsibilities:**
· Ensure a safe work environment by following all safety protocols
· Perform accurate cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain inventory records
· Stage materials for production and support shipping processes
· Communicate with planning/purchasing teams about inventory needs and shipping schedules.
· Identify and implement process improvements.
· Promote a safe work environment by following all safety policies and actively participating in environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) programs.
· Stage materials for production according to order requirements and align material delivery with the manufacturing schedule.
· Support shipping processes to achieve accuracy, on-time delivery, and efficient material handling.
· Participate in Practical Process Improvement (PPI) and other initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
· Maintain updated documentation of inventory and shipping procedures.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and cross-train in other responsibilities as assigned.
**Education:**
· High School Diploma
**Pay Details:** $25.30 per hour
