1. Inventory Process Rhythms
a. Execute inventory transactional processes to support high standards of accuracy, efficiency, quality, and reliability.
b. Follow and execute Cycle count and full Physical Count schedules as assigned by Asset Protection Manager.
c. Responsible for pull-through and evangelizing of all inventory processes, i.e timely steps for NAS/STO and PO receiving.
d. Serve as a contact for answering or directing questions as it relates to improvements or operational support.
e. Install Work Order Audits- Verify all completed sections/ Blue Yonder invoices to work order audits are being completed daily (IM is responsible for doing daily audit and scanning).
2. Inventory Reporting/Auditing- Follow Inventory Control Checklist
a. Review all existing reports for accuracy.
b. Review and ensure compliance for all exception-based reports.
c. Communicate compliance to Store Manager and Asset Protection Manager.
d. Verify ESP audits are completed; any discrepancies resolved weekly.
e. Finance Audit- All issues reported by AR Supervisor weekly are resolved within that week at location, partnering with Store Management
3. Process Improvement- Weekly Store Visits
a. Analyze, evaluate, revise, define, document and champion operational procedures to ensure the support of customer service and efficiency.
b. Work with all departments to improve communication, processes, and execution.
c. Visit each assigned location weekly. to gather information to make improvements and to evangelize changes/improvements.
4. Training
a. Participate in asset protection audits and training as assigned.
b. Define system changes based upon information gathered during training, audit, store visits.
5. Communications
a. Ensure proper communications within Field Team, SHQ and vendors.
b. Attend weekly meetings with Asset Protection Manager.
6. Stock Room Organization
a. Follow process to ensure a clean and organized stock room.
b. File all paperwork timely in the stock room file cabinets.

This position is responsible for executing pertinent departmental Key Metrics.

§ This position is mostly sedentary. Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting (of 10 pounds or less) seldom occurs.
