Inventory Coordinator

 

Maintain accurate stock count. Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages. Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels. Suggest solutions for continuous improvements. Communicates with co-workers, Plant Managers / Supervisors to ensure accurate reporting, material usage, and labor reporting. Reviews and audits inventory reports and transactions electronically. Research, Analyze, and Reconcile all variances reported. Perform necessary inventory reconciliation for items. Rectify Receiving, Picking, and Replenishment errors in a timely fashion. Completes requests from Purchasing, AP or Production Manager

Requirements

1+ years of manufacturing environment experience. 1+ years of inventory related experience and previous warehouse experience desired. In-depth understanding of accounting principles concerning inventory, sales, and gross margin. Must have 1+ years ERP system experience and will need to possess the analytical skills to interpret data and summarize findings to management. Syteline ERP experience highly preferred. 1+ year Warehouse Management Software experience (WMS) required. 1+ years’ experience in inventory, distribution, and operational procedures. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office. Experience with Modula Vertical Lift and Auto Tool Crib preferred. Ability to work independently and within a team structure to stay on schedule. Able to communicate effectively with a team. Has prior experience utilizing Modula Vertical Lift and Auto Tool Crib preferred. Has prior experience utilizing stand-up and sit-down forklifts required, electric preferred. Uses measuring tools such as squares, scales, rulers, and tapes accurately. Ability to analyze data electronically. Ability to edit data in a quick and highly accurate manner. Uses equipment to lift or move sheets of metal, push or pull up to 50 lbs.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to complete physical assessment. Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 pounds. Frequently lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds using mechanical equipment. Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions. Regularly stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time. Climb ladders of varying heights Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold. Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
