Volt is immediately hiring for Inventory Control Associate II in Long Beach, CA.

\r\n\r\n


\r\nAs a Inventory Control Associate II you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPerform inventory cycle counts and submit counts on handheld device. \r\n\tUtilize WMS system to investigate discrepancies, identify root cause, and correct inventory. \r\n\tCommunicate discrepancies and issues to Inventory Control & Warehouse Management. \r\n\tVerify quantity/lot/revision/other product attributes as requested by various teams within the organization. \r\n\tAssist with warehouse re-organization projects to improve accuracy and efficiency. \r\n\tStock materials in their respective inventory locations. \r\n\tMaintain the workplace and warehouse in a neat, clean, and orderly condition. \r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a full-time opportunity Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm open to overtime.

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have Mandatory Skills:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAbility to lift /push up to 55lbs. \r\n\tMicrosoft Office experience such as Word, Excel, and Outlook a plus. \r\n\t1-3 Years of previous Warehouse, Distribution or 3PL experience required. \r\n\tExperience with a WMS/ERP system a plus. \r\n\tBasic math skills required. \r\n\tHigh School Diploma or GED required. \r\n\tMust be able to speak, read and write English. \r\n\tPrevious forklift experience required.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
