Job Description

Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks within the department.Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation.Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency.Attend meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas and insights.Aid in further enhancing department tools, templates and methodologiesGain exposure and knowledge on department functionalitiesDevelop positive professional relationships across departmentsComplete special projects as assigned by your managerUtilize and receive training on current technologies used including Hyperion and ExcelWork with a variety of internal business partnersGain vital experience in professional development within a corporate settingAssist with the collection of data from the field to support projects

We’re searching for interns that are:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree program from an accredited universityIn good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or betterSophmore, Junior or Senior standing at the time of the internshipCurrently majoring in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related programsProficient with Google’s suite of products preferredProficient in ExcelStrong communicator, both written and verbalAble to think outside of the box and solve problemsAble to work both with a team and be independently successfullyAble to stay organized and pay close attention to detail
