This Inventory Coordinator position is responsible for ensuring that all equipment, supplies, and materials are received, stored, catalogued, and shipments prepared in a manner consistent with Sharp Business Systems best practices. Must maintain and coordinate appropriate stock levels through inventory controls.
Responsibilities Responsible for assisting with the purchasing and receiving functions including timely and accurate recording in operating system Responsible for inventory control, including equipment fixed assets, cycle counts and physical inventories per Company policy Maintain adequate and appropriate stocking levels Coordinates and tracks return of non-Company assets by working closely with administration and sales personnel Maintain inventory in an organized and labeled method working with warehouse personnel Operate machinery such as forklifts to properly store materialsMaintain overall warehouse organization and cleanlinessPick and prepare orders for assembly or shipmentOrder tracking thru various vendor relationshipsAssist on delivery trucks and in the field with installs and related movements as neededSecure unloading and loading of trucks and movement of palletized and non-palletized productOrder tracking of incoming and outgoing stockAssist with daily trash and recycling managementOther duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent education3-5 years previous warehouse experienceStrong computer skills including equipment replenishment logicFamiliarity with warehouse equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks and lift gatesStrong interpersonal and verbal communications skillsGeneral computer skills including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.Ability to use RF devices for inventory managementCandidates must have a valid driver’s license Ability to drive 15’ foot box truckAbility to operate forklift after receiving proper training and certification

Compensation for this position
The compensation range for this role is $23,100 - 46,000. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
