Inventory Coordinator
Job Title: Customer Solutions Administrator Job Description The Customer Solutions Administrator will work cross-functionally and be responsible for providing solutions to our representatives and internal customers. The goal of the role is to help provide a better experience for our employees, 3rd party representatives, and end users by quickly coming up with a solution for their needs. Responsibilities + Customer Relations - Confers with appropriate personnel and responds to customer inquiries and complaints. + Equipment Orders - Reviews and enters customer purchase orders and project information into the ERP System. + Informs customers of ship dates, anticipated delays, and additional information needed. + Coordinates order acknowledgement for credit review presentation to Accounting and Manufacturing representatives. + Places orders into ERP Systems. + Ensures the accuracy of the representative’s commission and shipping charges. + Routes orders to departments for processing to ensure delivery by specific dates and notifies reps of delivery dates. + Parts Orders - Reviews and enters parts orders into ERP Systems. + Generates shipping labels for parts shipment and delivers packets to the shipping department. + Creates work orders and gives them to appropriate departments as required. + Creates inventory and work order movement and pack list numbers for each parts order. + Enters tracking numbers and weight into the ERP Systems. + Handles international parts orders. + Reports on back orders and maintains a daily log. + Manages drop shipment of certain parts to vendors. + Processes warranty orders and validates warranties on submitted forms. + Validates warranty returns along with the Quality team. + Maintains all list prices in ERP Systems. + Files sales order documents in cabinets. Essential Skills + Experience in logistics, administrative functions, and reporting. + Proficiency in data entry and supply chain management. + 2+ years of experience in logistics.
