Camping World is now hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator to be based in our Lincolnshire, IL Corporate Headquarters.  The Inventory Control Coordinator provides support to the Camping World RV Sales dealership network by maintaining inventory databases, reconciling data, and communicating between the dealerships and manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

Generate purchase orders and track CW orders in the manufacturers’ systemsWork with manufacturers and dealerships to reconcile orders and inventory discrepanciesCompile orders received from the dealershipExpedite retail sold ordersMaintain inventory recordsMaintain a database of all RV product specificationsField general inventory related questions from dealershipsGenerate, distribute, and create reports

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel and the ability to learn advanced skills in Power Query/Power PivotStrong organizational skills and attention to details for ensuring process completion and data integrityMulti-tasking abilities for coordinating and documenting a variety of different tasks and processesStrong communication skills, with a focus on clarity and consistencyStrong in an area mathematics related to business, data structures, or logical problem solvingWillingness to perform additional inventory-related activities

 

Qualifications:

BS in Business Administration, Operations, or Supply Chain Management; or work experience in business data management preferredPrevious work history in RV or Auto Industry is a plusExperience with Power Pivot/Power Query, databases, or project management a plus

Pay Range:

$18.90-$22.44 Hourly
