Inventory Coordinator
The Inventory Coordinator plays a crucial role by delivering exceptional on-site customer service and overseeing inventory management at a customer’s facility. Updated resume required to apply. This position requires 100% on-site presence with no remote work option. Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00am to 3:30pm Pay: $19hr to $21hr based on verifiable experience Key Responsibilities: + Efficiently and promptly execute tasks delegated by the Program Manager, including loading vending machines, stocking shelves, fulfilling orders, making deliveries, and managing merchandise reception and storage. + Develop in-depth knowledge of industrial supply products, their applications, and storage locations. + Conduct item checks and counts, verifying the precise quantities of incoming and outgoing materials and merchandise. + Communicate any shortages, excesses, damaged goods, and customer concerns to the Program Manager. + Support in conducting annual or periodic inventory checks, including cycle counts. + Ensure timely deliveries to customers by following assigned schedule. + Assist in vehicle loading and unloading, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. + Maintain cleanliness on-site and report any safety hazards, fire risks, or equipment malfunctions promptly. + Handle hazardous materials following proper MSDS practices. + Adhere to safety regulations and wear appropriate safety gear as required. + Report accidents in accordance with company procedures. + Uphold a professional appearance and always maintain a customer-focused approach. + Fulfill additional tasks as requested by the Program Manager. **Requirements:** + High school diploma, with considerable practical experience in industrial supply warehousing, supply chain management or a related field. + Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial supplies sector with 1-3 years of experience in Warehousing or Stock Management. + Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes. + Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the capability of working with minimal supervision. + Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel. + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. + Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks, including walking, bending, reaching, and lifting while also being able to stand for extended periods of time. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Proficient in business math calculations and record-keeping related to materials and logistics. **Pay Details:** $19.00 to $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
