Military Manufacturing Company Urgently Hiring Inventory/Office Coordinator to start ASAP!

Location: Fairlawn, NJ

Position: Inventory/Office Coordinator

Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm (overtime is available)

Pay: $23-$25/hour ; Overtime: $34.50-$37.50/hour

Description:

Desk/Office Type Position - Working in warehouse through ERP System. Needs to track orders in and out, work the 3PLs

to get pickups scheduled. Label outgoing product and QC w/ the order slips.

Well experienced in creating shipments, domestic and foreign, using UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc. Also be able to create BOL's (Bills of Lading)The above is the major requirement, along with general stockroom experience: ERP systems, parts receivingDesk/office position, utilizing company’s ERP systems for inventory tracking and shipping trackingWorking directly with warehouse personnel and warehouse location for inventory cycle counts and inventory managementWorking with product inventory through ERP System Tracks orders in and out, work the Third Party Logistics to get pickups scheduledLabel outgoing product and Quality Control w/ the order slips.Handling 30-50 small parcel shipments daily, verifying labels, inputting inventory data through ERP systemGenerating shipment for productsVerifying Bills of Lading and Labels

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00
