$19.80 - $24.70 per hour

Job Description:

The Import Inventory Clerk provides inventory administration oversight to Ace’s two Import RDC’s (Spanaway and Laredo). He/she will direct and lead inventory crews’ activities in cycle counting, receipt management, and inventory discrepancies.  This position has direct responsibility for ensuring over $60M in Ace inventory assets are accurately accounted for.

Responsibilities:

Researches and identifies 3PL inventory process issues and directs corrective action(s)Leads daily activities of inventory departments in 2 RDCs including cycle counting, inventory verification, and re-packaging projectsReconciles inventory between 3PL’s WMS and SAPAnalyzes, researches and evaluates results of daily cycle counts on $60M in inventoryAdjusts all OS&D’s, markouts, and damage in all inbound and outbound inventory with a monthly average value of $40MModify outbound PO’s

Preferred Skills:

At least 5 years of experience in inventory maintenance Knowledge or experience of inventory control in a large warehouse environmentStrong analytical, organizational, customer service, time management, and critical thinking skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products primarily ExcelCollaborates cohesively and effectively with internal and external business partnersComfortable providing instruction and prioritizing key business initiatives with business partnersDrives continuous improvement.Interface routinely with warehouse personnel and working small projects as needed.
