We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cycle Count Supervisor to join our dynamic team. What you will do: + Supervise and lead a team of Cycle Count Analysts in conducting regular cycle counts and inventory audits. + Develop and implement cycle count schedules to ensure timely and accurate inventory verification. + Analyze inventory discrepancies and collaborate with the team to develop and execute corrective action plans. + Maintain comprehensive records of cycle count activities, results, and adjustments for reporting purposes. + Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures across the organization. + Train and mentor team members on inventory management best practices and methodologies. + Work with cross-functional teams to address inventory issues and improve overall inventory accuracy. + Utilize inventory management software to monitor performance metrics and generate reports for management. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to cycle counting processes and inventory accuracy. + Prepare and present performance reports, including inventory accuracy metrics and improvement recommendations, to senior management.
