What you will do: 

\n\nSupervise and lead a team of Cycle Count Analysts in conducting regular cycle counts and inventory audits.\nDevelop and implement cycle count schedules to ensure timely and accurate inventory verification.\nAnalyze inventory discrepancies and collaborate with the team to develop and execute corrective action plans.\nMaintain comprehensive records of cycle count activities, results, and adjustments for reporting purposes.\nEnsure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures across the organization.\nTrain and mentor team members on inventory management best practices and methodologies.\nWork with cross-functional teams to address inventory issues and improve overall inventory accuracy.\nUtilize inventory management software to monitor performance metrics and generate reports for management.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives related to cycle counting processes and inventory accuracy.\nPrepare and present performance reports, including inventory accuracy metrics and improvement recommendations, to senior management.\n\n

Who you are: 

\n\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or cycle counting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.\nExcellent analytical skills to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.\nProficiency in inventory management systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nExceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.\n
