As an Inventory Cycle Counter at Four Hands, you will play a crucial role in analyzing inventory transactions and material flow, identifying causes of inaccuracies, and making necessary adjustments. You’ll be key in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth, error-free distribution processes. This hands-on position is integral to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
In This Role\nAnalyze inventory transactions and material flow to identify and resolve discrepancies\nFollow established processes for inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate records\nConduct daily inventory checks and physical inventories to keep product tracking up-to-date\nTroubleshoot and quickly resolve inventory discrepancies to minimize disruptions\nUse advanced mathematical skills to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages, and interpret graphs for data-driven decisions\nReconcile inventories and utilize advanced spreadsheet skills to ensure precise inventory management\nMaintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies\nOther duties as assigned by Management\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey\n\n\n
The Ideal Person\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nRaymond order picker experience required\n1+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations, with a strong understanding of inventory management\nPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance\nComputer proficiency, including experience with Excel and ERP systems\nExpertise in 10-key data entry and experience using handheld scanners\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization\nSolid math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in various units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals\nWillingness to work overtime as needed\nSteel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours\n
