This role requires an analytical mindset to research, analyze, and process large quantities of data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our inventory management.

Monday-Thursday 5:00AM-2:30PM

Friday 5:00AM-9:00AM

Saturdays every other week

$18.00-$25.00/hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Verify and compare receipt quantities and parts with entries in our ERP system.Perform accurate parts counts, utilize process of elimination, and adhere to guidelines for resolving discrepancies.Enter data for scrap, inventory adjustments, and repair parts orders into the ERP system (Oracle).Create, format, and sort spreadsheets to facilitate cycle counts and other inventory tasks.Develop and maintain reports for internal use and shipment processing, including UPS and Mexico shipments.

Work Experience
Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.Excellent communication skills, capable of effective communication both verbally and through email.Accurate and efficient data entry skills.Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is preferred.
