Job Title: Cycle Counter
Job Description

As a Cycle Counter, you will transport and stack materials safely, remove and deliver finished materials to and from mills and the warehouse, move scrap to designated disposal points, and pull production tags from materials. You will use an RF scanner daily, change propane tanks on forklifts, assist in mill changeovers, and help with end-spraying materials.

A majority of our workforce started here after high school and retires here. When permanent, overtime is paid after 8 hours, with Saturday being 1.5 times pay and Sunday being double time. Full benefits are provided when permanent, including PPO & HSA options, vision, dental, and 401K with a 50% match for the first 6%. Union membership offers additional benefits.

Work Environment

Candidates will be working on the manufacturing floor and in the warehouse. The manufacturing floor is well organized but can be dirty, hot in the summer, and cool in the winter. You will work alongside laborers, operators, and maintenance staff.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harvey, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
