We are seeking an Inventory Document Control Clerk with a background in distribution and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory control processes and procedures.

Inventory Document Control Clerk Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm) Assist with all updates that are involved with Cycle Counts, shipments, invoices, transfers.Monitor all Inventory transfers, to ensure that documents are submitted correctly and that the required action is taken depending on request.Run daily Q80/32/34 reports which consist of researching all pick tickets, to ensure all orders are shipped or cancel and ensure that the invoice process happens by end of day when applicable.Contact UPS/Fed Ex or LTL to track, intercept or Expedite Shipments as needed. Create internet purchase orders for supplies as needed.

Inventory Document Control Clerk Qualifications:

3 years of Inventory Document control experience MS office, Word, Excel. WMS systemUPS/FedEx or LTL shipment experience. Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
