Ecolab is growing and seeking an Inventory Lead to join the team at our brand new logistics warehouse in High Point, NC! As the global leader of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional and industrial markets, we are everywhere it matters. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and coordinating a team of Inventory Specialists. Additionally, the role is responsible for accurate material handling and cycle count functions.

Position Details:Plant location: High Point, NC
Available Shift: 1st shift, 6:00AM - 2:30PM M-F
What You Will Do:
Use handheld scanners, computers, and tablets to record inventory information and input received shipments
Use various pieces of equipment (manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, reach truck and propane lift) to move pallets
Verify quantities, quality of items and proper labeling of products that are being shipped
Examine all packaging and contents of items for quality
Utilize SAP and Koerber to maintain accurate inventory counts
Coordinate with other departments such as customer service, production, instant and small pack
Maintain the 5S cleanliness of the picking area and pulls completed shrink-wrapped orders to the dock for packers
Follow all safety procedures and policies
Follow all warehouse procedures and policies
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:High School diploma or GED
3 years of warehouse experience
2 years of Standup Forklift experience
1 year of experience using SAP for inventory management
Basic computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Preferred Qualifications:
TPM knowledge and experience
Experience with Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma systems
Professional experience coaching, mentoring and providing feedback
