**Job Title: Inventory Lead**
**Job Description**
The Inventory Lead will be responsible for processing and handling shipments. This role includes leading a team of four to ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to cycle counting processes. The Inventory Lead will provide performance feedback to the team and execute warehouse plans as provided by the supervisor.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead a team of 4 to ensure all inventory accuracy and cycle counting processes are followed.
+ Provide performance feedback to the team.
+ Execute warehouse plans provided by the supervisor.
+ Process and maintain commercial invoicing and documents.
+ Conduct and attend internal meetings with supervisors and managers.
+ Work well in a team environment to ensure constant communication.
+ Provide effective shipment status updates.
+ Adhere to tight deadlines.
+ Provide ideas for continuous improvement.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-3 years of inventory experience in a warehouse environment.
+ At least 1 year of inventory lead experience.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel.
+ Knowledge of various import regulations and rules.
+ Ability to handle changes well.
+ Detail-oriented and organized.
+ Excellent leadership communication with the team.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with inventory, shipping, and receiving.
+ Familiarity with cycle counts and process-driven environments.
+ Proficiency with Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
+ Experience in performance feedback and data entry.
