Inventory Lead
Job Summary: The Inventory Control Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures accurate inventory levels, efficient inventory movement, and effective inventory management practices to support production and operational goals. Key Responsibilities: + Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular inventory audits, and reconcile discrepancies. + Process Improvement: Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices to optimize inventory accuracy and efficiency. + Team Leadership: Supervise and train inventory control staff, providing guidance and support to ensure team performance and development. + Coordination: Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory availability. + Reporting: Generate and analyze inventory reports, providing insights and recommendations to management. + Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards related to inventory control. + Technology Utilization: Utilize inventory management software and systems to track and manage inventory levels. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
