Our client, a rapidly growing company, is looking for Inventory & Quality Leadership candidates for their distribution center on the northwest side of Jacksonville. Our Inventory & Quality Leads are responsible for training and coaching/counseling assigned staff, conducting regular audits on inbound/outbound products and procedures to address service failures and improve efficiency, overseeing inventory levels and providing direction on replenishment, and completing daily/monthly reports to document adherence to compliance standards.

The Day-to-Day:

Distributing and overseeing daily inventory and quality projects to ensure compliance with company standardsTraining and scheduling for assigned staff, including coaching/counseling as neededReport writing to document inventory levels, quality audits, and corrective action for any shortcomingsMay need to spend extended periods in cold storage areas

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.At least two (2) years of recent leadership experience in a warehouse environment.At least three (3) years of recent experience in Inventory Control and/or Quality Assurance.Strong computer proficiency, previous experience in data entry, and WMS preferred.Must be willing to be certified and operate material handling equipment, including forklifts.Must be self-motivated and able to perform duties independently with minimal supervision.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$20.00 /hrMonday to Friday (Occasional weekly OT during peak)6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
