Additional Responsibilities Include:

 

Serves as the primary liaison between property-level management and the Yield Management team, supporting reservations and inventory functions. Supervises the Resort Inventory Supervisor working on behalf of the managed resorts. Manages a group of resorts in specified regions. Maximizes sales potential by analyzing reports and making decisions to achieve budgeted sales goals. Allocates within liabilities to support various owner and developer programs; reconciles owner and developer team member liabilities. Works closely with the Sales and Marketing departments in an effort to meet budget and develop contingency plans when the budget is not achievable. Reviews future occupancy (to update availability, rates, monitoring blocks, group pick-up, etc.) on a daily basis, makes decisions to open or close out dates based on occupancy and/or overbooking strategy. Communicates with management to make rate adjustments based on special events, market demands, and trends. Works closely with resort managers at assigned resorts in order to address occupancy needs, new programs, reservation issues, and establishing an overbooking plan. Performs one-on-one and group trainings on site with property management and team members. Makes critical decisions on space management that will help drive occupancy, revenue, and arrivals to achieve budget goals and assist sales reach sales goals.
