As an Experienced Inventory Management Associate here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing inventory levels and ensuring accurate demand forecasting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline order fulfillment processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our supply chain operations.
You will report directly to our Inventory Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location.
In this role, you will impact the accuracy of inventory management, optimize order fulfillment processes, and contribute to the overall success of our supply chain operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement inventory management strategies
• Conduct regular demand forecasting to optimize inventory levels
• Streamline order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products

• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a similar role
• Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning ethics, processes, and best practices
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
